How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Diverseministry Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Diverseministry Heating & Air went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Diverseministry Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@diverseministry.property. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
